1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using Get Nourishment services (including but not limited to in-person and meetings, online programs, exercise programs, challenges, and website content), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2.1 Services Offered:

Get Nourishment offers a variety of fitness services, including:

• In-person group fitness classes

• Online fitness programs and content

• Personal training sessions

• Fitness and wellness workshops

• Nutritional guidance (where applicable)

The specific details of each service, including schedules, pricing, and content, will be provided separately.

Get Nourishment Online Membership Agreements:

No refunds for any reason on all Get Nourishment services. Get Nourishment Class Passes/memberships/Personal Training are non-transferable for any reason. Month-to-month memberships, commitment to yearly contracts, and recurring contracts if not canceled. Month-to-month, no contract, cancel before the 1st of next month, membership renews. If canceled after the first of the month, the membership will not be refunded. No refunds for any reason. Non-transferable.

Get Nourishment may change membership dues under this Agreement by posting notice of such change in the studio at least 30 days in advance of such change. It is expressly understood and agreed that this contract is not assignable or transferable by Member, and no rights or privileges granted by this membership can be transferred or assigned by Member.

.It is further agreed that the attached waiver shall be signed before starting your Get Nourishment virtual programs. The attached waiver and the section following will survive any cancellation of this agreement.

All medications within this program are prescribed by a licensed physician and supervised by the medical care team. Compounds are sourced exclusively from a 503A compounding pharmacy, meaning:

• Each prescription is customized specifically for you

• Prepared under strict pharmaceutical quality and safety standards

• Dispensed legally within a provider patient relationship

• Subject to state and federal oversight for purity and sterility
