After years in the telecom industry, I realized my true passion wasn't behind a desk—it was in helping people feel their best. My holistic wellness journey has blessed me with two healthy children and the opportunity to guide others toward balance and vitality.

Like many of our clients, I spent years searching for answers to my health struggles. I battled digestive issues, skin problems, migraines, joint pain, weight gain, and exhaustion, only to be told by doctors that "nothing was wrong" or that it was all in my head. After nearly two years in and out of hospitals, I was finally diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Celiac. While changing my diet helped, I still felt far from well. I even experienced the heartbreak of a miscarriage during this time.

Everything shifted when my mother encouraged me to take my health into my own hands. Comprehensive labs revealed the root causes of my symptoms, and by following a tailored wellness plan, I was able to rebalance my body, leading to the birth of my son. But postpartum, I once again felt depleted, unable to lose the weight or find energy. More testing showed that my gut health was still out of balance. Once I addressed it, I lost the weight, regained my energy, and felt like myself again.

That transformation lit a fire in me. I left my corporate career and joined forces with my mom to create Get Nourishment. Today, as an Integrative Health Practitioner, I help others uncover what their unique bodies need, using nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to create lasting change.
