My name is Mercedes Joannidis. I developed my passion for health and wellness after going through severe health complications at age 22. At this young age, I knew I would dedicate my life to helping my own family live a healthy lifestyle by understanding their sensitivities and intolerances.

In 2021, during the pandemic, I decided to sell my technology business and made a shift to becoming a Holistic, Certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP), dedicating myself to do what I love the most—helping others achieve equilibrium in their lifestyle. Since the pandemic, we have had to make lifestyle changes and take a more holistic approach to our lives.

I am passionate about teaching clients about whole food, nutrient-dense diets, including all food groups. I believe in the whole foods approach to a healthier lifestyle by keeping it simple with more foods close to their natural form. Let's get ourselves back in the kitchen and figure out how to add better nutrition to the foods we already enjoy eating.
