Thesis Wellness helps you bring more veggies to the table, cut the chaos out of mealtimes, and get your whole family moving—without guilt, food rules, or becoming a short-order cook.
Next cohort starts April 15 · Limited to 15 families

“We went from nightly dinner battles to kids actually asking for veggies. Movement is something we do together now, not another thing on my to-do list.”
— Megan, mom of 3
You open the fridge and know exactly how to pull together meals your family will actually eat. Dinners feel calmer. You’re not cooking separate food for the “picky eater.” Snacks are simple and satisfying, not a constant negotiation.
Movement becomes part of your week—walks after dinner, impromptu dance parties, quick strength circuits between meetings—rather than another thing you “should” be doing.
That’s what the 8-week Family Nutrition program is designed to create: realistic, grounded changes that respect your bandwidth and your family’s unique rhythms.
Each week builds on the last with gentle, practical changes. You’ll never be asked to overhaul everything at once.
We start with your real life: schedules, preferences, non-negotiables. Together we:
We layer in gentle nutrition and movement upgrades that work for everyone:
We focus on sustainability and planning for real life curveballs:
You won’t be left alone with a PDF. This is hands-on, high-touch support tailored to your family—delivered in a way that honors your time and energy.
You’ll walk away with sustainable routines, flexible templates, and a calmer, more connected relationship to food and movement—for you and your kids.
8 live small-group sessions (60 minutes) with practical teaching, Q&A, and time to troubleshoot what’s happening in your kitchen that week.
Plug-and-play frameworks for breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners—adaptable for allergies, preferences, and budget.
Simple, equipment-optional movement plans (10–20 minutes) designed to include kids—or fit into nap time or lunch breaks.
Between-session check-ins, swipe files for grocery lists, and scripts for talking with kids about food and bodies in a healthy, shame-free way.

Thesis Wellness was created to help families write a new story about health—one rooted in nourishment, connection, and joy instead of restriction and perfectionism.
Your coach is a certified nutrition specialist and movement educator with years of experience supporting busy moms, neurodivergent families, and kids with big feelings around food. The approach is weight-neutral, trauma-aware, and inclusive of all family structures.
You don’t need more willpower. You need a plan, a partner, and tools that actually work with your family’s nervous system—not against it.
These are some of the shifts past Thesis Wellness families have experienced.
“We used to eat out 4–5 nights a week because I was too exhausted to plan. Now we have three default dinners everyone likes. Takeout is a choice, not a backup plan.”
— Ana, mom of 2, returned to work after parental leave
“My 7-year-old went from ‘I hate vegetables’ to helping plan our grocery list. The battle energy around food is gone. We talk about how food helps us feel and play.”
— Rachel, co-parenting between two households
“I used to feel so guilty about screen time and frozen foods. Now I have a realistic plan, and I know what ‘good enough’ looks like. My nervous system is so much calmer.”
— Jasmine, solo parent, healthcare worker
